Salt therapy, or halotherapy, is an all-natural approach to finding relief that involves breathing in dry salt deep into your airways and lungs. Using a halogenerator, we replicate the therapeutic environment of salt mines to alleviate most respiratory, lung, and skin conditions.

Halotherapy Research

The benefits of salt therapy first came to light in the mid-1800s, as Felix Bochkovsky, a health official in Poland, observed that salt mine workers rarely got sick nor suffered from respiratory conditions.  

Today, the advantages and effectiveness of halotherapy continue to be researched. Existing information supports our belief that this is a great approach for those who suffer from allergies, respiratory and skin problems, as well as clients looking for an immune support solution.

A machine called a halogenerator grinds pharmaceutical-grade dry salt into micro-sized particles, which are dispersed into the air of your salt room.
