A Typical The Salt Suite® Session

Halotherapy is becoming so popular that it’s almost on everyone’s radar now. This is terrific news! People are talking about this centuries old therapy that utilizes salt charged air in specific treatment rooms. You may have heard about us and wondered what this wonderful salt experience is all about? The Salt Suite® is one such place that you can get top notch halotherapy treatments to manage a variety of conditions. If you are curious about the benefits of salt therapy, why not take the plunge and see what it’s really about? Here’s a little insight into what a typical Salt Suite® session looks like.

Your 45 Minute Session

When you arrive at The Salt Suite®, hopefully wearing loose fitting but comfortable clothes, your journey begins. It’s a calm environment at all our facilities that make coming to The Salt Suite® quite a pleasure. You’ll immediately feel at ease and welcome at any of our therapy locations. Our staff is specially trained to go over the types of programs and packages we offer that will best suit your needs.

You’ll enter the salt rooms completely ready to relax during your 45 minute session. The chair you will sit in are recliners that make being there a very cozy experience. All you have to do is breathe in the salty air from the “Halogenerator”, so that the salt does it jobs. This is a completely non-invasive therapy from start to finish. You can ready, enjoy your music on headphones, or play on your tablet or smartphone. It’s all up to you on what you’d like to do for the 45 minutes therapeutic season.

Special Rooms For Children

For children that are going to take part in halotherapy, we have rooms designed just for them in mind. There are age appropriate toys and books that are sterilized after each session. You don’t have to worry about germs here. The natural antibacterial salt air also helps the rooms to stay in great shape.

Afterwards You’ll Likely Feel… Great!

After you leave the rooms, the one thing you might notice is a slightly salty taste on your lips. Most people report feeling like their air passageways have opened up and breathing is easier. Others say that the salty air leaves them feeling refreshed and relaxed. With repeated sessions managing your symptoms on various allergies, respiratory issues, and skin problems becomes less of a struggle. This isn’t meant to replace any of your regular medications or doctor recommended treatments, but it can improve your wellness in a significant way.

Call us today to schedule your first halotherapy session or talk to one of our consultants if you have questions about the potential that salt therapy can have in your own life.

“During a typical adult session customers put their feet up in a comfortable leather chair rest or read and breathe in a dry salt aerosol. The micro particles are blown in the air by halo generators. In our separate children’s room kids play in a big sand box except with salt on the walls and floor and play while breathing in the dry salt air.”
