I had an amazing trip to the salt suite here in PGA. I was in town visiting family and wanted to experience the therapeutic benefits of the salt suite. I went in with my daughter and fiance and had the most soothing experience. Also a very clean and neat place. I am a germaphobe and so cleanliness matters to me. I highly recommend this place, it helped clear my nostrils greatly!
I saw some drama in the parking lot on the day of my appointment but that had nothing to do with the salt suite experience thankfully.

The salt suite is a happy place for me. I have been a member for about 5 years. The halo therapy is healing for my allergies, my skin, and my mood. The staff is always welcoming, nurturing, and knowledgeable about a variety healing modalities. Jamie, the owner, is a healer at heart and really wants her healing space to help people on a positive journey. She’s always learning about things that can help people on their healing journey and sharing whatever knowledge she has. It’s a high vibe place.

And Jamie, the owner, has created something incredibly special. You can feel her heart behind this place.
There are so many benefits to halotherapy, but I am currently visiting because I am under the weather with a cough, and the results have been amazing. The salt booth is my go to when I need a powerful, concentrated boost. It feels like a reset button for your respiratory system.

What a great experience! For years I have heard about the benefits of salting and I cannot believe it took us so long to try it! First of all - it is very reasonably priced for single sessions and packages - I was surprised actually. The benefits are immense; From breathing issues to allergies, eczema and immunity. I think this is a must have in every wellness routine. I spent most of the time meditating in the room so it was such a nice de-stress break in my day. Also - in addition to the whole room being lined with salt - they also pump salt particles into the room as part of the treatment. I had not read that any of the other places do this. I think you just sit in a room of salt at other studios versus here you are getting the aerosol particles in addition to being immersed in the environment. Jamie the owner is VERY knowledgeable. They also have lots of cute retail like bath bombs which will be stocking stuffers for everyone on my list for sure!

Great place for self healing for anything respiratory and skin. I can breathe so much easier when I’m done. The room is inviting and relaxing and the salt is so fine you don’t even realize that you’re in a salt suite.

The service and quality of the salt room were superb... lots of salt and nice and dark so you can meditate and relax. The cleanliness of the studio is also superb.
The only thing that I would suggest is to have signs in the lobby that ask people to keep their voices down because the adult voices are very loud from the lobby. I’ll definitely bring ear plugs next time as we don’t like listening to the headphone music when we rest.

I want to extend a heartfelt thank you to Nicole for her exceptional kindness and professionalism. She consistently goes above and beyond to accommodate my son, Sage, and I during our weekly visits, which are an important part of our preventative health routine. We always leave feeling great!

Man we had such an awesome experience, I may just come a few times a week so I can sit and relax. The kids had so much fun play and my poor little guy had been clogged up but this helped his sinuses run free. The chairs are so comfy. I brought a girlfriend and we just let our kids go wild. There’s so many toys there for every age group. Definitely bring a change of clothes for you and the kiddos because I looked like I rolled in powdered sugar 😂 I put my littlest baby in footie pajamas and that worked pretty well.

Linda is such a positive, happy and radiant individual. When we arrived, everything was setup and ready to go. The room itself was great and very relaxing, even in the kids room. My children love salt suite and ask to go all the time!

I had a wonderful experience, staff was super caring and attentive. It was very relaxing, I took a nap lol. I Will be back again for more treatments. Nicole is amazing and you can tell she loves what she does. Just remember to bring your own socks and no perfume or cologne that day, skip the fragrances before coming to your appointment. You may get salt on you so don't wear anything too fancy.

Clean. Felt good to breathe. Nice welcoming staff ! Everyone seemed happy to be there! Including me. I loved the audio then music was healing and slowed brain waves and then I relaxed into a deep coma. Id say if chairs recline a bit it'd be even better.

The salt therapy has really helped my asthma. I have been doing it now 3 times a week for about 8 months. Prior to starting the therapy I was having to take oral steroids about every 8 weeks. I have not been on steroids for 8 months. Life changing!!!
