Love the Salt Suite. So great for respiratory issues and, as a bonus, a great place to meditate. I love the shower bombs, salt scrub and other items they offer for sale. The people who work there are wonderful, especially Noah, who is exceptionally helpful! They also have the infra-red sauna, which I will try out next.
Salt room at Boca was the greatest experience, took my daughter and my husband for to treat allergies. They really love it! Go and ask for Noah he was so knowledgeable and explain everything to us! Definitely coming back!

Purchased a Groupon for 1 session and was so impressed I bought a membership. The Salt room is very serene and relaxing. The benefits of salt therapy were carefully explained to me by Noah, Marina & Lauren who work there. I felt great after a double salt session followed by a PEMF heated mat session. Def try it if you want to do something good for your health and well being in a peaceful , gentle way!
I started out buying one single session off Groupon and loved it so much I went back and bought a 3 session package. I suffer from bad allergies and sinus so I noticed a difference immediately. Marina was the first person to help and explain to me the benefits and was so kind and friendly. I just used my last visit and purchased 3 more sessions because I’m really seeing the benefits! Today I met Noah and he helped explained some of the other products they have in the store and I purchased 3 shower steamers, I can’t wait to try them and also be back for my next salt suite session! Highly recommend this place!

There is a PEMF mat for energy healing, a new infrared sauna that also includes chromotherapy/chakra color therapy, and they frequently host sound bowl meditations! They even serve herbal tea and carry natural products, gemstones, and herbs. Boca's true holistic haven.
This place is awesome! Marina is the best. I was recommended by a friend to try it because I have allergies. l left feeling rejuvenated and clear. They have meditations to listen to during your session and also provide hot himalayan stones. Marina told me to try a zero-gravity chair and I ended up falling asleep. I can’t wait to go back!
